In judicial financial criminal proceedings, however, its potential remains largely untapped due to the current legal framework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In their contribution, <strong>\u201cDiversion for All in Judicial Financial Criminal Proceedings: A Proposal for Legislative Reform\u201d<\/strong>, Dr Caroline KINDL and Mag Marc Julian MAYERH\u00d6FER, LLM, LLM examine the existing restrictions on diversion and explain why they no longer meet the needs of a modern and efficient system of financial criminal law.
