In her talk, she examined how regulatory frameworks shape business decisions and where, from a practical perspective, adjustments are needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rather than theoretical concepts, the focus was on concrete questions: How much regulation is necessary? Where does it stifle innovation? And how can a sensible balance be struck between oversight and entrepreneurial freedom?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The discussion that followed showed once again how differently people view this tension \u2013 and how important it is to talk about it openly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many thanks to Susanne Riess-Hahn for her clear insights and to all participants for their wide-ranging contributions and the lively dialogue.
